Both Danielle and I are professionally trained chefs who have been working in restaurants for the past 8 years. We've also been homebrewing for the past 8 years whenever we had the time and money to do so. In all of that time we've made dozens of different styles, using a wide variety of ingredients. From fresh apples to make hard cider, to Bing cherries to make a Belgian Ale. We've made a couple of batches of wine as well. Fortunately, even after all of that we've never had an undrinkable batch that had to be tossed out. Cleanliness is close to Godliness when it comes to brewing! Besides beer we love Rock n' Roll, photography, and of course cooking.
